Chimney & Tea is a very special tea company - based in Toronto, this family owned and operated high mountain tea plantation in the world-famous tea region of Alishan, Taiwan. 

Garden-to-cup tea leaves is a rarity in the tea industry, with most teas being homogenized and blended in large blending facilities that act as middle-man between the tea plantation and the tea brand.

Regina Hu, the next generation of the Hu family inheriting the family plantation, has taken the love and generational mastery that her family has cultivated to bring us their beautiful oolong direct from the garden to your cup.

Chimney & Tea oolong is truly exceptional - a champagne among teas. The terroir of this special growing region, 1300 meters above sea level, yields a sweet, orchid-note tea leaf that absorbs and locks in the essence and cold morning dew of the mountain.

Description: This exceptional milk oolong, or Jin Xuan, is semi oxidized and lightly roasted, for a full bodied and velvety brew. Subtly creamy, floral, sweet and earthy, with the buttery aroma of steamed milk for a pleasant and mood-lifting aroma.

Available in loose leaf only, each pearl a full and complete tea leaf that will unfurl as it steeps.
