With fields that have been in use for over 100 years, situated amongst wildflower meadows, mixed forests, organic farms and natural pastures of clover and alfalfa, these diverse environments yield a beautiful depth of flavour.

Description: Raw honey, extracted in late August from the Gibbs family apiary, situated on Ontario wildflower meadows, natural pastures and fields of buckwheat.  With source florals of goldenrod, buckwheat, and aster, this honey tastes like autumn in a jar - rich and dark, with notes of caramel, dried apricot and malt
